Hi my name is Vanessa Lau I'm a YouTuber content creator and multiple seven figure business owner, I hired Gabs and Assist-Her Agency to help us do what I thought would be an impossible task. I had over hundreds and hundreds of video testimonials from our students inside the Boss Gram Academy that needed to be edited, captions added, format in a few different ways, give us an entire spreadsheet where all the videos are filed, and basically have everything plug and play for my team. And at first I didn't think that I could trust anyone with this task because student testimonials are a big deal.
I really did believe that it would be impossible to find someone that I can trust to do that. However, because I've worked with Gabs in the past I know that she is meticulous, I know that she is reliable, and the best thing about her is the fact that she communicates. I have worked with contractors in the past where they don't communicate at all. You have no idea what the status of the project is like, and when they are done with the work they kind of leave and they just forget about you. That is not the case with AHA. They were so communicative, they let us know at each stage of the project where they were at, and when the project was done, they made sure that we were in good hands. They gave us basically a manual on how to navigate everything. You will not be disappointed with the quality of work — they are so detail oriented so reliable. I cannot recommend AHA enough. I hired a Gabs and her team, Assist-Her Agency to help us transfer over from Asana to ClickUp. I’m a busy CEO and I don't have the time to learn a new platform, implement it for the entire team, and teach them how to use it.
We've been on Asana for two years so like there's a lot of tasks and projects that are already in there so I didn't want to necessarily hire somebody for like a months time — I kind of wanted it to be done in a day. I think the VIP day experience is amazing and it's a great opportunity to kind of like speed up the process if you're looking for. With that being said, I'm super happy with how everything came out, even had a client reach out to me about her client dashboard that AHA built. She says she loves it. I personally love the content planner that we created together with the AHA team. I wanted to stop using a spreadsheet, and I wanted to, like, everything in one spot. So, now everything's super organised, and there's a system there's a process for everything we have an SOP for how we come up with content, schedule and the approval process for all of our content that we schedule for Litchfield Media. That's my experience and highly recommend Assist-Her Agency enough.

Now that Assist-Her Agency is in charge of everything. I am suddenly realising how much time I have to actually do things like content creation, and think about what my next course is going to be or what my book is going to be about, because I just didn't have the mental real estate to put towards these things before and now I do.
The first thing we did together was create actual systems around all of this, and there will be days now where I'm like, have an extra couple hours and I'm sure it's because of Gabby and AHA!
